!! COMMISSION POLICY / TERMS OF SERVICE !!

By ordering a commission from user: Limbonica, you agree to these terms of service.

1. GENERALArtist (Limbonica) reserves the right to decline/cancel a commission if said commission goes against the Terms of Service. If a commission is cancelled by the artist, a refund will be issued.Reasons may be as follows: Poor/Lack of Communication, Inappropriate/Disrespectful Behavior, Breaching TOS, Personal Reasons.If the client has not been contacted by the artist in regards to a commission, please send an email to [email protected] and the client will receive a response within 1-4 days. Do not message on Twitter/Discord/Instagram as a response is not absolutely guaranteed due to the socials "request" feature. The client is only 100 percent guaranteed a response through email. Don't hesitate to check in with the artist frequently as the artist has memory issues and consistent life problems.2. PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICYCommissions may be paid upfront in full or after a very rough sketch is completed.Payment must be through PayPal.Refunds may be requested. If a refund is issued after the rough draft process, the refunded amount will be calculated depending on the progress of the commission.Full refunds may only be accepted and issued before the initial rough draft.If a full refund is issued, the client forfeits all rights to the commission. If a partial refund is issued, the work previously completed will be sent to the client and the file will be permanently deleted (unrestorable).3. CREATION PROGRESS / REVISIONS / DEADLINESAll commissions will take up to 2 months to finish due to personal life issues, though can be finished much quicker in that time frame. Bigger commissions will take much longer than a simple one, please acknowledge this. If the client is not okay with the timeframe, refrain from commissioning the artist.Potential deadlines must be discussed initially before the creation process. Said deadline may affect initial price (i.e. Rush Fee). The artist maintains the right to refuse deadline requests if unachievable.Major changes must be discussed during the rough draft phase and may not be done after a rough draft.Mid-level/Minor changes must be discussed before the completed illustration is finalized.4. USE OF ARTWORKThe artist (Limbonica) retains all rights of the commission. Such rights are as follows, but are not limited to: The right to post and use the piece for promotional purposes and rights as the original artist. The client may request to keep the commission anonymous.The client is only allowed to use the copyrighted piece for personal use. The client is not permitted to reproduce or profit from the commission. The client may repost the watermarked image as long as proper credit is given to the artist.If the client wants to reproduce the commission for monetary gain, the artist must be notified so that a mutually beneficial arrangement may be conducted. (Depending on the extent of reproduction, a price will be set to allow those rights.)The client may not edit or trace the commission without explicit permission from the artist. The client may not claim the artwork as their own.The client may not spread the commission in any way that promotes hateful/disrespectful conduct to any group. The client may not spread the image in a way to disrespect or insult the artist.

Payment will be made via PayPal either upfront or after a very rough draft.Summarized descriptions and reference images are required to avoid later unnecessary work for the commissioner/artist.The commission may take up to 2 months to finalise depending on requirements. If no updates are made, email [email protected] for a 100 percent guaranteed response within 1-4 days.Usage of commissioned artwork are for personal use only. The client may share the artwork on social media as long as proper credit is given.
